From the iconic brand that brought you Dirty Ghetto Kids and Organika, Kayo enlisted us to turn an unused parking lot at an old bank into an on-site skatepark, and the bank’s interior into their unique flagship location.
We worked together to relocate iconic skate benches from the skateboard mecca in Philadelphia’s Love Park to their parking lot and topped it off with the famous “Use of Skateboard’s Prohibited” paluard that had once warned rebellious skaters to keep away. Complete with screening rooms and a custom deck building station, this former bank was transformed into a standout shop that brought new life to skating in LA.
